Fairly clean hotel, I enjoyed great rooms and cleanliness. The fabulous onsite restaurant had lots of food.

The breakfast was LOVELY there, the beds were good, all you need for a such wonderful stay. Personnel were eager to help and, of course, it was faultless. Cafe bar was superb and reasonably priced.

Loved WONDERFUL staff and rooms of the hotel. The beach was secluded. Besides, it was relatively near downtown, that worked for us. Charming view of canal. The pool was clean, had a whirlpool and a sauna.

Staff is flexible, location is brilliant, breakfast is very good. Plenty of places to visit, such as bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. What's more, getting to an art museum on foot takes about 15 mins.

Our stay was a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the EFFICIENT staff and the location was convenient. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like El Marisol Cocina Mexican, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

The stuff was friendly and the room was decent size with super beds. Our king studio had flat-screen TV and television.

The staff here is loyal. Downtown Palm Springs district won't disappoint you. Besides, we parked our car on site.

best motel we have stayed in. the venue was in a downtown area and had large rooms. the bed was comfortable, and we had a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and refrigerator.

There is a good food option within 800 ft - Trio Restaurant. We greatly enjoyed staying at 7 springs inn & suites

large rooms. located 900 feet from the hotel, el mirasol at los arboles was a good choice to eat. the pool was a bonus for relaxing. the property's setting short way from everything we wanted to explore, like just modern.
